 1 Stock of Kale
 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 sea salt & cracked pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove the Kale leaves from the stems.

Toss leaves around in olive oil.

Lay the leaves flat on a baking sheet lined with non bleached parchment paper

5

Top with a dash of salt and pepper.

6

Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes, turning the leaves halfway through.

Enjoy a crispy, healthy, & waste free snack!
